Wow! It’s July already. We are in full swing with weekly swims/rides/runs….tons of fun with a great group of ladies this season. One of our favorite spots to meet and workout on the weekends is Walden Pond in Concord. It’s a beautiful place to swim and then head out on the quiet roads for a great ride.
