Triathlete's Full Body Strength Workout 2018

Strength training is an essential part of training leading into race season to build your baseline fitness and avoid injury. Team Envision sponsor Will Karousis of Tri-Hard Endurance Sport Coaching coached us through great workout at Naomi’s Basement Studio.

 

 Indoor Cycling at Grace Bicycles

Team Envision members have been enjoying weekend indoor cycling workouts sponsored by Roy Cervantes at Grace Bicycles in Holliston this winter. We bring our own bikes and set them up on Roy’s CompuTrainers for a spirited ride through Lake Placid, French Valleys, Mallorca, SoCal, and some of the alpine stages of the Tour de France.  Sessions last 90 minutes and we often take a team run on the bike trail behind Grace Bicycles after, to make a brick.

 

Indoor Swim at Draper Pool

Team Envision swim members enjoy weekly swim workouts at Draper Pool. Thanks to our swim coach, Becky Paige, for keeping us in shape!

Registration is open for the 2018 season!

Here are the details:

  • Registration:
    • $85  Basic
    • $285 Basic + Swim (Max of 12 members – first come first served)
  • New Feature:  Any member who is currently registered can earn a $40 rebate by recruiting a new member!!!  These are the conditions to be met:
    • Recruiter must be currently registered and paid up.
    • New member must register and when asked how they heard of TE, they must write the name of the recruiter.
    • Once payment from new member has been received on signmeup, and your membership coordinator (me) verifies who recruited the newbie, she will notify the coordinators and the treasurer will authorize a payment to the recruiter of $40 in the form of a TE check.
    • Members can recruit as many new members as they like!    Let’s grow our Team!
