Training during COVID

During this time of social distancing, we are all finding it challenging to watch our races get canceled and our social training calendar diminish. Here’s some training options to keep you going while we all find a new normal for triathlon.

Team social-distanced training

We’re listing socially distanced rides and swims on our Facebook page and mailing list for those who are comfortable following safety protocols while outdoor training with the team.

Virtual training kudos

You can share your solo swims, rides, and bikes on social media platforms with the team through Strava to get cheered on for your great efforts! E-mail the mailing list if you need to be added.
